For Physical Products - Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is everything to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return by emailing us at info@feelingcozy.com within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, email us at info@feelingcozy.com.
  • Shipping costs are not covered for exchanges.

Digital Products - Return / Refund Policy

All digital purchases are final. Given the nature of our digital products, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind / personal preference. However, depending on exceptional case-by-case circumstances, exchanges maybe accepted at our discretion. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it matches with your needs and preferences. All digital items are Instant Digital Download. When you purchase any digital item, NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

All digital products are non-refundable. Given the nature of digital products, you will have access to your files immediately and indefinitely after your payment has been confirmed. As a result of this, there is no way to return or exchange the item.
