2. Physical Products - Organic Castor Oil (Available and Shipped Strictly Within Canada)

Order Processing & Turnaround
- Fulfillment Window: Orders are processed, securely packed, and handed off to our carrier within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays).
- Tracking Updates: You will receive an automated email confirmation containing your Amazon Logistics tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
- Territory & Province Exclusions: Our delivery network currently services 10 out of 13 Canadian provinces and territories. We are currently unable to ship physical items to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.

At this time, our physical Organic Castor Oil cannot be purchased or shipped outside of Canada. Associated customer profiles, duplicate emails, and matching physical addresses will be permanently blocked from future store entry.

Orders that utilize identical credit card profiles, mismatched billing-to-shipping configurations, or known proxy server networks are subject to immediate cancellation at our sole discretion.
